Every year In\Visible Cities-Contaminazioni Digitali, in collaboration with other artistic realities, proposes “I ask for artistic asylum“: a call aimed at selecting artists/companies/collectives that propose a multimedia show/performance or multimedia installation, within which to promote the interaction between different media and languages (performance, video projections, photographs, words, sounds, texts, etc.) with particular attention to the expressive possibilities offered by new technologies that are based on information technology, the web, virtuality, the man-machine relationship, social media.

The call aims to support:

• interdisciplinary creations (performance, theater, dance, new technologies, music, walks, explorations, installations, etc.)
• Installative and/or performative creations in public spaces;
• participatory projects or formats that involve public space, the local population and/or specific social groups.
